The School of Biosciences and Veterinary Medicine of the University of Camerino is one of the most important centres of scientific excellence in the Adriatic region. It is a place where science and technology meet, providing high quality education and conducting cutting-edge research.

The school is divided into two Department, each specialised in a specific field:

• Biosciences Department
• Veterinary Medicine Department

We carry out cutting-edge research in key areas such as energy, new materials, superconductors, ecological processes, mathematical modelling and innovative software. Research is at the heart of our mission. We focus our efforts on relevant issues such as sustainable energy, the development of new materials and the improvement of industrial processes. Our researchers are actively involved in regional, national and European projects. They also collaborate with many companies, mainly in the region, on applied research to achieve mutual growth.
